Trash, recovery, and what deletes forever
Two rules, worth keeping straight:
- Library items are recoverable. Moving a project, folder, or file to Trash keeps it there for 30 days with a Recover button and countdown. Recovering to a home that no longer exists lands it at the root of your Library. You can also delete an item permanently from Trash.
- Drafts are not. Deleting a draft from Draft Options is permanent, behind a red “Delete permanently? This cannot be undone.” dialog. Same for elements deleted on the Plan once you have moved on (undo only helps while you are still there). Duplicate before destructive edits.
After 30 days, trashed items are gone for good. Trashed projects still count toward the free project limit until they are permanently deleted.
